- Terms of Payment are: 25% deposit (min. £50) at time of booking or within 2 weeks of quotation (whichever is later), balance payable minimum 2 weeks in advance of event. Failure to pay either the deposit or the balance by the time, will invoke cancellation of booking.
- Deposit is non-refundable, except where this is due to unavailability of car (Ferraris are not normal road cars, and as such are temperamental Italian works of art) or extreme inclement weather.
- Where the car suffers a failure that means we are unable to attend your event, we will endeavour to assist you in sourcing a replacement service.
- In case of extreme weather all decisions will be judged by Ferraris4Occasions, based on our evaluation of conditions and Ferraris4Occasions knowledge of the car’s capabilities.
- Every effort will be made by Ferraris4Occasions to ensure that our vehicle arrives on time. Whilst Ferraris4Occasions do our utmost to ensure Ferraris4Occasions drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outwith our control.
- The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
- Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order.
- By supplying your email address you permit Ferraris4Occasions to contact you via email, in return we promise never to supply your email to any third party.
- If there are any changes or variations including extra mileage to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged.
- Ferraris4Occasions Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.
- Ferraris4Occasions vehicle is fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, customer's properties are carried entirely at their own risk and Ferraris4Occasions shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
- Ferraris4Occasions will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle to the customer.
- Ferraris4Occasions chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
- Ferraris4Occasions maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
